Health Coaching

Whether you’re a family man, single mom, college kid, high school student or hard worker with limited time to cook, it can be difficult to navigate the vast information available about health and nutrition. What works for one person may not work for another- that’s why you need a specific plan tailored to fit your personal needs. As a health coach, I provide support to get you back on board with eating clean and nutritious foods that will strengthen your body, increase your energy, shed fat and help you feel better.


At the Institute for Integrative Nutrition we focus on all aspects of your life in order to create real balance and help you reach your goals. In order to do this, we will target any areas of your life that you feel need to be balanced in order to achieve optimum health. This may include physical fitness, diet, relationships, career, spirituality, social life, finances and more topics if you so wish. Because my main passion is directed towards fitness and clean eating, you must get ready to get your blood pumping and kitchen ready!

Though I am in the process of earning my nutrition license, I am currently taking clients to health coach. Accountability is key to sticking with any new change. One as big as losing weight or getting healthier is hard enough but learning ways to actually stay like that and turn your actions into habits can be a little more challenging. My tactics can be incorporated into your daily life so that they’re long-term and lasting.

I provide a month-to-month program based on the clients individual needs and goals. I will create a personalized meal plan, provide you with a grocery list and perform weekly check-ins to ensure you are receiving the results you desire. Below is a little more information:


1. 3 Month Program (150/month) OR 6 Month Program (125/month)

– Sample meal plan, nutrition counseling, grocery list (or “approved” clean foods list) and email support. Also recommended cardio, supplements and workout schedules.

 2. 12 Week Workout Program ($50)

-This is a 12-week workout program for the gym. Includes exercises and recommended cardio.

3. Phone consultation ($50)

-50 minute phone conversation with me; you may ask any questions you have about diet and/or nutrition for a full 50 minutes:)

4. Local Grocery Store Tour ($50)

-Understanding the grocery store is so important but also confusing at first! I can give you a walking tour on the entire store, where to go first, what to buy and help you learn the ropes!
